RETURN POLICY
All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition and packaging. Request for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Please email info@faladesigns.com with your order information and a brief reason for your exchange and we will send you an approval email. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition.

REFUND POLICY
After receiving your return, your order total will be credited back to your card / payment type. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process the credit, and may take 1-2 statement cycles to appear on your statement.

If an item arrives to you damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible. we would appreciate if you could provide some pictures per email: info@faladesigns.com so we can improve our packaging next time.
